Development of the Rootchat brand identity focused on warmth, inclusivity, and approachability—capturing the spirit of everyday family life. The illustrative visual system adds personality while keeping the interface universally friendly and recognizable across all ages, from kids to grandparents. The central brand mark—a stylized speech bubble—reinforces communication and emotional connection at the core of the product.

Inventive Design Thinking & First-of-Its-Kind Features.
Rootchat challenged conventional messaging UX by introducing a suite of features that had never been explored in the family communication space. As Creative Director and UI/UX Designer, I led the project from ideation to execution—reimagining how families share, store, and stay connected. The result? A seamless blend of joyful visuals, intuitive structure, and unique tools like the “Family Vault” for shared passwords and memories, all crafted with zero reliance on pre-existing patterns. Every screen was purpose-built to feel human, fun, and entirely new.
